Up to 90% of the purchase price, subject to a maximum loan of 75% of the property’s current open-market value.
Loan to value
Up to 75% of current open-market value.
Term
3 to 12 months, set around the proposed exit.
Pricing
Priced individually for each loan.
Decisions
Reviewed and decided by the same two people you speak to.

All lending is subject to valuation, due diligence and formal approval.
